Gearinger Law Group
About Gearinger Law Group

Gearinger Law Group owes special thanks to Professor Ross M. LaRoe of Denison University, in Granville Ohio for his invaluable role in the formation of our establishment.

Brian Gearinger enrolled in Professor LaRoe's Macroeconomics course at Denison in the spring of 1986, in which he earned an A-.

Twenty-two years later, in the spring of 2008, Professor LaRoe's son Stephen moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco in search of work. His father suggested that he contact Brian, who was working as a solo practitioner at the time, to gain an introduction into the Bay Area legal community.

Within a week of their meeting during happy hour at Jade Bar, Brian and Stephen decided to join forces to create Gearinger Law Group, focusing on representing individuals who have been wrongfully harmed.

Since then, Carrie Finale – who just had completed paralegal training at San Francisco State University – searched for law firms specializing in Americans with Disabilities Act claims and found us. She started with us as a volunteer intern and now works part-time as a paralegal.

David Suddendorf was Brian's old boss at Hancock, Rothert & Bunshoft. They kept in touch over the years and David now brings his years of trial experience to us and our clients.
